

I had a recent thought on deceptive marketing vs honest marketing. In my research I discovered how people really feel with deceptive marketing. People want to know what they’re paying for. They’re trusting that your rates are fair for the product provided.
While doing field work concerning deceptive marketing I discovered that the main thing that’s lost between consumer and provider is TRUST. Once the trust is gone, the business follows as well.
This research was done as an added proof for my clients that honest marketing is better deceptive. This is true for branding and for everyday life. An honest person is valued higher than a liar.
